Jewelry Care: To prevent tarnishing, keep jewelry away from water, perfumes, and sweat. We are not responsible for plating wear-and-tear due to improper care.

Hygiene & Returns: For health reasons, earrings are non-returnable. Other items must be reported for return within 24 hours of delivery in original packaging.

Skin Sensitivity: Customers with metal allergies should proceed with caution; we are not liable for skin reactions.

Shipping: Delivery timelines are estimates. Once marked "Delivered," the risk of loss shifts to the buyer.
