1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, we follow a strict return policy:

  • All Sales are Final: We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered.

  • Damaged Products: Please note that we do not accept returns for products damaged after delivery or during transit. Every product undergoes a rigorous quality check before it leaves our warehouse to ensure it is in perfect condition.

  • Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive the wrong product, please contact us at 9080884818 within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.

3. Refund Process

  • If a cancellation is approved (before dispatch), the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
